The Problem
Young people often don’t have the financial means to purchase a fully equipped car. At the same time, many features—some of which feel unnecessary—drive up costs and become a barrier to buying a new vehicle in the first place. This raises the question of how a base model car could be designed to remain affordable initially, while allowing it to be upgraded over time.

Proposed solution
One possible approach is to rethink the car as a modular system. Instead of offering a fully loaded vehicle from the start, the base model would focus on essential functions such as safety, reliability, and core mobility. Additional features—whether hardware like advanced driver assistance systems or interior upgrades, or software-based functions—could be added later as needed. This would enable users to gradually adapt and personalize their car according to their financial situation and changing needs, turning the vehicle into a flexible product that evolves over time rather than a fixed, one-time investment.
